摘要
采集好大夫在线网站14238条患者咨询数据,分析在线健康社区中影响患者寻求第二医疗意见的影响因素,结果表明医生职称、医生口碑、医生所在医院等级、患者所患病种和患病时长对患者是否寻求第二医疗意见具有影响作用,为在线健康社区的发展和完善提供借鉴。
14238 pieces of patient consulting data from′haodaifu′online website has been collected to analyze influence factors of patients seeking second medical opinion in online health community.The result shows that doctors'professional title,reputation,hospital level,patients′disease type and length of the illness has an effect on whether patients seek second medical opinion or not.The study provides references for the development and improvement of online health communities.
