摘要
公务员承担着社会治理与公共服务的重要职责,将公务员心理服务体系建设作为提升社会治理能力和治理水平的重要一环加以推进,具有重要的现实意义。推进公务员心理服务体系建设,要坚持问题导向、目标导向和结果导向,搭建由心理测评、心理咨询、心理健康养护、心理服务效果评估和心理服务研究五个子系统组成的心理服务体系,以自我调适、组织预防、在线跟踪和专项干预等为重要实施路径,充分发挥其保障公务员心理健康、激发公务员心理动能的作用。
Mental health is an important internal factor related to the ability of civil servants to carry out their duties.In recent years,the mental health of civil servants has been paid more and more attention by the Party and the Government.It is of great practical significance to promote the construction of psychological service system for civil servants as an important measure of caring for cadres.To promote the construction of psychological service system for civil servants,we should adhere to problem-oriented,goal-oriented and result-oriented,establish the overall framework of psychological service system composed of five subsystems:psychological service research system,mental health education and training system,psychological counseling service system,etc,and solve the key problems such as prevention and early warning system and the construction of psychological service personnel.In order to better serve the needs of the construction of cadres in the new era,it is necessary to promote the effective operation of the psychological service system for civil servants in practice,and to give full play to its role in protecting the mental health of civil servants and stimulating the psychological kinetic energy of civil servants.
