摘要
幼儿的语言能力是在交流和运用的过程中发展起来的,具有阶段性、个性化、游戏化等特点。教师应科学灵活地运用“加法”“减法”的策略,优化语言教学活动,使其符合幼儿学习特点和身心发展规律。“加法”策略是指根据幼儿的学习需要增添合适的教学手段,使幼儿在活动中释放出自主、自由的光彩;“减法”策略是指根据幼儿的学习经验对目标、材料、过程进行精心“剪裁”,去掉累赘、无效的环节和手段,使幼儿没有负担地、愉快地学习。
Children's language ability is developed in the process of communication and application, with thecharacteristics of stage, personaliztion, gamification and so on. Teachers should scientifically and flexibly use thestrategies of“addition”and“subtraction” to optimize language teaching activities so as to make them conform to theleapning characteristics of children and the law of physical and mental development. The“addition” strategy refersto adding appropriate teaching means according to the children's learming needs, so that the children can release thebrilliance of autonomy and freedom in the activities;the“subtraction” strategy refers to carefully “tailoring” thegoals, materials and processes according to the children's learming experience, so as to remove the cumbersome andineffective links and means, so that the children can leam without burden and pleasure.
