按照习近平总书记关于“加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学”的战略部署,构建中国特色工会社会工作体系成为其专业化和科学化发展的重要方向和任务。在坚持中国共产党领导、服务国家发展战略、特色创新发展以及面向基层群众四项指导原则基础上,中国特色工会社会工作不仅要体现本体论、认识论、方法论、知识论、价值论以及实践论内涵,也要构建学科对象与目标、学科属性与范畴、学科溯源及历史、学科理论与知识、学科课程与教学、学科组织与评价体系,还要完善相关的政策话语、学术话语、学科话语、公众话语、实践话语以及国际话语体系。未来,需要不断深化和拓展工会社会工作的新问题、新观念、新理论、新领域以及新模式,最终讲好中国发展的故事,体现中国工运的气派,促进人类命运共同体建设。

According to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s strategic plan of“accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics”,constructing the social work system of Trade Unions with Chinese characteristics has become an important direction and task of its professional and scientific development.In adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,service national development strategy,characteristics of innovation and development,and based on Four Guiding Principles for the grassroots,Trade Union with Chinese characteristics of social work should not only reflect ontology,epistemology,methodology,axiology and the connotation,and also to build the subject object and target,subject attribute and category,subject roots and history,the discipline theory and knowledge,subject curriculum and teaching,discipline organization and evaluation system,to perfect the relevant policy discourse,academic discourse,subject discourse and public discourse,discourse practice and international discourse system.In the future,new problems,new ideas,new theories,new fields and new models of trade union social work need to be deepened and expanded.In the end,the story of China’s development should be told well,the style of China’s industrial movement should be reflected,and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind should be promoted.
