建筑施工类企业新生代员工培养模式探析

摘要 随着时代的发展,近年来新生代员工在建筑施工类企业中所占比例逐渐增加,已经不断地发展为企业主力,逐步成为建筑施工企业的核心力量,对整个建筑行业的影响也在逐渐增加。如何创新新生代员工培养模式,更好地引进和培训新生代人才,成为传统建筑施工企业人才管理模式改革重点。结合实际工作经验和相关管理学理论,深入了解新生代员工的相关需求,在对新生代员工工作特质分析的前提下,根据建筑施工类企业的行业现状,针对性地探讨新生代员工的培养新模式。 In recent years,with the development of the times,the proportion of new generation employees in construction units has gradually increased,developed into the main force of enterprises,and become the core force of construction companies.The impact on the entire construction industry is also gradually increasing.How to innovate the new-generation employee training model and better introduce and train the new-generation talent has become the focus of the reform of the traditional construction enterprise talent management model.Combined with actual work experience and related management theory,in-depth understanding of the needs of the new generation of employees,on the premise of analyzing the characteristics of the new generation of employees,according to the industry status of the construction and construction enterprises,the new training of the new generation of employees is targeted.
