摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定药用包装材料中的九种抗氧剂。使用岛津Shim-pack GIST C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,5μm),梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min^-1,波长220 nm,柱温40℃;采用三重四极杆质谱检测器,电喷雾ESI离子源,以负离子、多反应监测MRM模式,分段扫描。结果九种抗氧剂的检测灵敏度良好,回收率、精密度良好,样品浓度在各自的线性范围内和峰面积成线性关系。不同包装材料样品中均可检出抗氧剂。说明建立的方法可用于对药用包装材料中九种抗氧剂的测定。
To establish an UPLC-tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of the antioxidant.An ShimadzuShim-pack GIST C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,5μm)column was adopted by gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 220 nm,the flow rate was 0.3 mL·min-1,and the column temperature was 40℃.The compounds were ionized in the electrospray ionization(ESI)and operated in negative MRM modes.The antioxidants could be separated from each other,and the detection limit、the recoveries and precision were good.The calibration curves of the antioxidants were linear in the self-concentration range.After testing samples from 6 manufacturers,antioxidants can be detected.The established method can be used for quality control of antioxidants in drug packaging material.
