摘要
井下精密仪器对泥浆的固相含量要求非常高,需要在钻杆内安装泥浆过滤器。常规扣型钻杆需工人在二层台安装泥浆过滤器,而非常规扣型钻杆内无安装泥浆过滤器的位置。研制了适用于全部扣型钻杆的随钻剪销过滤器。对其外筒、剪切销钉的结构进行设计计算,并分析了该工具的压降。模拟井试验和现场应用表明:随钻剪销过滤器能有效过滤泥浆中的有害固相,避免井下马达堵塞,保护井下精密仪器,从而减少了起下钻作业,保证了海洋石油钻井安全和钻井时效。
Downhole precision instruments have very high requirements for the solid content of mud,and mud filters need to be installed in the drill pipe.For the conventional button type drill pipe,the operators are required to install the mud filter element on the racking board however there is no position for installing the mud filter in the unconventional button type drill pipe.A new type of shear pin filter while drilling was developed.The structure of the outer cylinder and the shear pin were designed and calculated and the pressure drop of the tool was analyzed.The simulated well tests and field applications have shown that the while drilling shear pin filters can effectively filter the harmful solid phases in the mud,avoid the blockage of the downhole motor,protect the downhole precision instruments,thereby reduce the drilling operations and ensure the safety of offshore oil drilling.
