300%扩张比抗H2S腐蚀堵水桥塞研制及应用 被引量:1

摘要 由于普光气田气井的硫化氢含量高,采用了永久式完井管柱,难以实施动管柱堵水、化学堵水等工艺。因此,选用不动管柱过油管下入桥塞堵水工艺。常规桥塞的扩张比小于150%,而且直径大而无法过油管下井。研制了直径为62 mm的大扩张比抗硫桥塞。本体材料选用718镍基合金;胶筒材料选用氢化丁晴橡胶,并进行特殊工艺处理。试验结果表明,该桥塞可过油管下井,在177.8 mm(7英寸)套管内卡封,130℃下其密封压差达16 MPa,径向扩张比达300%,耐体积分数为20%硫化氢腐蚀。 Due to the high content of hydrogen sulfide in gas wells in Puguang Gas Field,permanent completion string is adopted,which makes it difficult to implement water shutoff by moving the string and chemical water shutoff,therefore the technology of water shutoff by setting the bridge plug through the tubing was selected.With an enlargement coefficient of less than 150%,conventional bridge plug is too large in diameter to go down the well through the tubing.A large enlargement coefficient sulfur-resistant bridge plug with diameter of62 mm was developed.The body material is 718 nickel-based alloy.The material of the rubber tube is hydrogenated nitrile rubber,and it is specially treated.The test results show that the bridge plug can go down the well through the tubing and seal inside the casing of 177.8 mm(7 inches).At 130℃,the sealing pressure difference is up to 16 MPa,the radial enlargement coefficient is up to 300%,and it is resistant to corrosion of hydrogen sulfide with volume fraction of 20%.
