浓硫酸催化辛酸和椰子油酸解制备富含中链甘油三酯产品的工艺研究

摘要 为了椰子油的高值化开发利用,以椰子油和辛酸为原料,在浓硫酸催化下酸解制备富含中链甘油三酯(MCT)的产品。通过单因素试验考察了反应时间、反应温度、底物物质的量比和催化剂添加比例4个因素对酸解产物的影响。再根据单因素试验结果,以产物的中链脂肪酸(MCFA)含量为响应值,采用Box-Benhnken设计对工艺条件进行优化,得到最佳工艺条件:反应时间3 h,底物物质的量比6∶1,催化剂添加比例5%,反应温度110℃。在此条件下进行3次平行试验,得到产品中MCFA含量达到82.13%,与理论预测值基本一致,此外,产品中辛酸、sn-2位辛酸及sn-2位MCFA含量分别为56.42%、43.17%、76.17%。通过高效液相色谱测定产品的甘油三酯组成,其中MCT的总含量至少为50.87%。研究结果为椰子油的深度开发利用提供了参考。 For high value-added development and utilization of coconut oil,a product enriched with medium chain triglyceride(MCT)was synthesized by H2SO4-catalyzed acidolysis of coconut oil with caprylic acid(Cy).Effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,molar ratio of Cy to coconut oil and catalyst amount on the product were investigated through single factor experiments and then optimized by the Box-Behnken center combination experimental design principle,taking medium chain fatty acid(MCFA)content in the products as the response value.The optimum reaction conditions were shown as follows:reaction time of 3 h,substrate molar ratio of 6∶1,catalyst amount of 5%and reaction temperature of 110℃.Under these conditions,the MCFA content in the product were 82.13%,which was nearly consistent with the predicted value.In addition,contents of Cy,sn-2 Cy and sn-2 MCFA in the product were 56.42%,43.17%and 76.17%,respectively.Moreover,content of MCT in the product was quantified to be higher than 50.87%by high performance liquid chromatography.The results could provide references for deep development and utilization of coconut oil.
