摘要
建立了磁性固相萃取-高效液相色谱同时测定果汁中3种双酚类物质(双酚A、双酚F和双酚AF)的方法。以三嗪-亚胺类共价有机聚合物(Fe3O4@TRITER-1)作为磁性固相萃取吸附剂,考察并优化吸附和解吸条件。在优化条件下,建立的磁性固相萃取-高效液相色谱方法对3种目标分析物的检出限(LOD)为0.29~0.42μg/L(信噪比S/N=3),定量限(LOQ)为0.87~1.28μg/L(S/N=10),方法的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.1%~6.8%。将建立的方法应用于橙汁、苹果汁和葡萄汁等样品中检测3种双酚类物质的含量,加标回收率为80.6%~93.4%。建立的磁性固相萃取-高效液相色谱法准确可靠,具有检出限低、灵敏度高、分析速度快等优点,为测定果汁中双酚类物质的含量提供了新方法。
A method for simultaneous determination of three bisphenols(bisphenol A,bisphenol F and bisphenol AF)in fruit juice by magnetic solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was developed.The triazine-imine covalent organic polymer(Fe3O4@TRITER-1)was used as the magnetic solid phase extraction adsorbent.Adsorption and desorption conditions were investigated for optimization.Under the optimized conditions,the detection limit(LOD)for the three target analytes by magnetic solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was 0.29~0.42μg/L(signal-to-noise ratio S/N=3).The limit of quantification(LOQ)was in the range of 0.87~1.28μg/L(signal-to-noise ratio S/N=10),and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of the method was 2.1%to 6.8%.The established method was applied to the quantitative determination of these three bisphenol compounds in samples of orange juice,apple juice and grape juice.The recovery rate was 80.6%~93.4%.The magnetic solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method established in this paper is accurate and reliable,and has the advantages of lowdetection limit,high sensitivity and fast analysis speed,providing a newmethod for the determination of bisphenols in fruit juice.
