论开展房建工程质量监督工作的要点——基于质量监管的视角

On Key Points of Conducting Quality Supervision of Housing Construction

工程质量监督管理是有效保证工程质量的重要手段,从业人员在实际工作中,往往因对相关监管要点把握不到位,导致监督管理效果不佳,不能很好地促进房建工程质量的提高。对此,该文基于实际经验,从建设单位、施工单位、监理单位等主体出发,分析监督的法律、政策和规范依据,然后分别从现场监督、过程监督、工程质量控制资料的监督以及竣工验收等几个方面,进行了条分缕析的提炼总结,所提供的工程质量监督知识和工作思路,可供相关从业人员参考。

Project quality supervision and management is an important means to effectively ensure project quality.In actual work,employees often fail to grasp the relevant supervision points,resulting in poor supervision and management effects and failing to promote the quality of housing construction projects.In this regard,based on actual experience,this paper analyzes the legal,policy and normative basis of supervision from the contractor unit,construction unit,supervision unit and other subjects.Then,from the aspects of on-site supervision,process supervision,project quality control data supervision,and completion acceptance,respectively,a summary analysis is carried out,and the knowledge and work ideas provided for project quality supervision can be used for reference by relevant practitioners.
