摘要
对于建筑工程专业人才培养,应基于成果导向理论,从需求出发,由需求决定培养目标。该文通过发放问卷与问卷汇总研究,了解企业的岗位设置和人才需求情况,以期找准课程定位,以培养企业急需的建筑高技能人才。该次调查对学历证书与职业资格证书的认可度、课程设置与市场与建筑企业的需求契合度、课程内容与施工现场的新技术、用人企业的专业人才需求与岗位能力,以及毕业生应该掌握的具体能力等进行了全面考查,通过分析,得出了具有指导意义的调查结论。
Construction engineering should be based on the result-oriented theory,namely,be demand-oriented,the cultivation goal should be determined by market demand.Through questionnaires,the job setting and talent needs of the company is known,and the course positioning is seen,so as to cultivate high-skilled talents that the company urgently needs.The survey investigated the recognition of academic certificates and vocational qualification certificates,the conformity between the curriculum and the needs of the market and construction companies,the teaching contents and the new technologies for construction sites,the needs of professional talents and job responsibilities of the employing companies,and the specific abilities that graduates should master,and through analysis a guiding survey conclusion is drawn.
