摘要
该文分析了EPC建设模式的特点,指出重庆南彭冻库EPC项目所面临的问题,并以该项目的结构工程设计为例,从工程建设周期、工程造价、建设流程的简便性等方面介绍了如何对比、分析和选择结构设计方案,通过对结构荷载的细化、钢材截面的选择、工艺做法对结构参数的影响以及充分利用原结构有利条件等几个方面对EPC模式下如何进行结构设计进行了分析研究,以此来提高设计效率,提升经济效益,保证工程质量,解决所面临的问题,可供同类项目参考。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of the EPC construction mode and pointed out the problems faced by the Nanpeng freezer storage reconstruction project in Chongqing.Based on the structural engineering design of the project,this paper introduced how to compare,analyze and select the structural design scheme from the aspects of engineering construction period,project cost and the simplicity of construction process.Additionally,through the refinement of structural load,the selection of steel section,the influence of process on structural parameters and the full use of the advantages of the original structure,this paper analyzed and studied how to conduct the structural design under the EPC mode,so as to improve the design efficiency,enhance the economic benefits,ensure the engineering quality,and solve the problems faced,which can provide reference for similar projects.
