基于工程经济的施工企业BIM应用研究

Research on Application of BIM in Construction Enterprises based on Engineering Economy

近年来,BIM技术在国内快速发展。为保证施工企业的高质量发展,实现精细化管理,BIM在建筑施工企业的应用则尤为广泛。然而,应用至今,BIM技术在施工企业的应用始终未达到预期效果,施工企业BIM技术发展进入瓶颈期。该文指出施工企业发展BIM技术应牢牢把握其管理特征,以项目资金高效流转为主攻方向,充分利用建筑信息模型(BIM)与网络信息平台技术,有机整合企业业务管理体系,保证项目建设资金链的高效运转,以达到为施工企业降本增效、提升风险监管能力的目的。

In recent years,the BIM technology has developed rapidly in China.To ensure the high-quality development and realize the delicacy management,construction enterprises particularly stress the application of the BIM technology.However,the expected results have not been achieved today,and the development of BIM technology in construction enterprises has entered a bottleneck period.This paper points out that the construction enterprise should firmly grasp the management features of the BIM technology and,with the efficient circulation of project funding as the major direction,make full use of the building information model(BIM)technology and the network information platform,and realize the organic integration of enterprise business management system to ensure the efficient operation of project construction capital chain,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing cost,increasing efficiency and improving risk supervision ability of construction enterprises.
