Transformation Development of Archival Service Paradigm in the Context of National Governance

以传统权利话语为导向的档案服务容易产生福利弊病、公共意识缺失及正义失衡等问题。基于国家治理现代化的背景、档案多元的理论阐释及社群档案的实践探索,有必要探究档案服务范式从权利话语向治理提升转型。在具体的实践建构上积极转变服务理念、优化主体权利、提升服务能力、创新服务方式,将档案服务的发展目标,更为全面地融入国家治理现代化的进程中。

The archival service oriented by traditional right discourse is prone to the problems of welfare malady,lack of public awareness and imbalance of justice.Based on the background of modernization of national governance,theoretical interpretation of archival pluralism and practical exploration of community archives,it is necessary to explore the transformation of archival service paradigm from right discourse to governance promotion.In the specific practical construction,we should actively change the service concept,optimize the rights of main body,improve the service ability,and innovate the service mode,so as to integrate the development goal of archival service into the process of modernization of national governance more comprehensively.
