摘要
小微型档案中介机构人员的继续教育培训是档案继续教育培训的重要组成部分,是提高小微型档案中介机构综合管理能力和业务水平的有效途径。以铜仁市为例,对小微型档案中介机构继续教育培训所存在的问题进行分析,结合小微型档案中介机构的特点,提出科学合理可行的继续教育培训策略,促使小微型档案中介机构更好地发挥推动地方档案事业发展的积极作用。
The continuing education training in small and micro archives intermediary agencies is significant part of archives continuing education training,and also an efficient path in the improvement of the comprehensive management capabilities and business level of small and micro archives intermediary agencies.Taking Tongren city as an example,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the continuing education training of small and micro archives intermediary agencies,and proposes scientific,reasonable and feasible continuing education training strategies in combination with the characteristics of small and micro archives intermediary agencies to urge small and micro archives intermediary agencies to play a more positive role in promoting the development of local archival undertaking.
