摘要
田湾核电站采用机器学习、移动互联网、人工智能等智能信息技术理念,对核电工程信函接收、分发、著录、归档等工作进行创造性的重塑,开发与总承包方电子办公系统连接的接口,实现了工程信函的自动传递,并通过元数据的自动抓取实现工程信函与文档平台的自动著录对接,通过基于机器学习等技术的智能分发功能,依据预置的分发矩阵及时完成工程信函的自动批分,实现了电子文件的全过程自动归档,对工程函件实现了“零停留”“零干预”,完成了工程信函智能化管理的研究和应用,全面提升了核电项目文档管理整体水平。
Tianwan Nuclear Power Station adopts intelligent information technology concepts such as machine learning,mobile Internet,and artificial intelligence(AI),and remodels the receipt,distribution,recording and filing of nuclear power project correspondences innovatively.It develops interface with the electronic office system of general contractor,and realizes automatic transference of project correspondences,automatic recording interlink between project correspondences and document platform by automatic capturing and acquisition of metadata.It completes timely automatic distribution of project correspondences according to preset distribution matrix via intelligent distribution function based on machine learning technology.It realizes whole process automatic filing of electronic documents,achieves"zero delay"and"zero intervention"on project correspondences,completes the research and application of project correspondence intelligent management,and improves overall level of nuclear power project document management.
