摘要
近年来,微信服务已经成为高校档案馆创新转型的关键发力点,如何深入挖掘微信服务的价值,打造高校档案移动化、智慧化、个性化服务体系,已经成为业内外需要重点思考与研究的问题。通过文献归纳,在分析高校档案馆微信服务价值的基础上,结合相关案例,针对当前国内高校档案馆微信服务现状与问题,重点提出了其未来的优化路径,具有一定的现实指引性与借鉴性。
In recent years,WeChat service has become the key driving point of innovation and transformation of university archives.How to deeply excavate the value of WeChat service and build a mobile,intelligent and personalized service system of university archives has become a key issue both inside and outside the industry.Through literature review,on the basis of analyzing the value of WeChat service in university archives,aiming at the current situation and problems of WeChat service in domestic university archives,this paper combines with relevant cases and puts forward the optimization path in the future,which provides certain practical guidance and reference.
