螺旋埋弧焊管预精焊精焊外焊升降装置的改进

摘要 针对螺旋埋弧焊管预精焊精焊外焊升降装置滚珠丝杠和联轴器容易脱开的问题,对外焊升降装置结构进行了分析,设计了一种承重装置,以减轻联轴器轴向负载,同时能与滚珠丝杠一起旋转,减小滚珠丝杠底部的摩擦。对所选用的轴承做了计算校核,并借助有限元分析软件对主要受力部件进行强度校核,为支承装置的设计提供了理论依据。设计的支承装置,有效地解决了滚珠丝杠的脱落故障,提高了设备的作业率,减少了维修人员劳动强度,达到了预期的效果。 Aiming at the problem that ball screw and coupling of lifting device for external welding of spiral submerged arc welded pipe pre-finishing welding are easy to separate;the structure of lifting device for external welding is analyzed.A load-bearing device is designed to reduce the axial load of the coupling and rotate with the ball screw to reduce the friction at the bottom of the ball screw.The selected bearing is calculated and checked,and the strength of the main stressed parts is checked with the help of the finite element analysis software,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the support device.The designed supporting device effectively solves the falling off fault of ball screw,improves the operation rate of equipment,reduces the labor intensity of maintenance personnel,and achieves the expected effect.
