摘要
针对现代激光测距机光轴平行性的检测问题,提出了一种高精度自动化的检测方法。该检测方法以离轴式大口径抛物镜面平行光管法作为硬件结构;利用LABVIEW的模块化编程和LABVIEW-Vision的图像处理作为软件核心。经试验对比验证,本测试方法相比激光烧蚀法最大偏差不大于0.05mrad,满足工程应用级激光测距机光轴平行性测试要求。
Dealing with the detection of multi-axis parallelism in modern laser rangefinder.A kind of test method with highly precision and automation is put forward.This method is based on the pinciple of the parallel optical tube with large diameter and parabolic mirror.Using the modular of highpreformance in LABVIEW to set up hardware stucture and using the powerfully image processing function in LABVIEW-Vision to complete the software.The experiment show that,the error of the test method less than 0.05mrad and the precision of the test method is to achieve the requirements of the detection of multi-axis parallelism in modern photoelectric weapon system.
