数字视觉识别在制造现场在线检测中的应用研究

Application of digital vision recognition in on-line inspection of manufacturing site

针对使用于生产线上的数字编号自动识别的实时图像处理系统的实现,提出设计方案并对其中的关键技术进行了介绍。本系统采用的是一种印刷体数字特征模式结合扫描跟踪像素的算法进行识别。最后,对本系统进行了实验验证,验证结果表明,本系统设计方案可以满足自动生产线上数字视觉识别的实际应用需要。

In view of the realization of the real-time image processing system for automatic identification of digital number used in production line,the design scheme is proposed and the key technologies are introduced.This system uses a printed digital feature pattern combined with scanning and tracking pixel algorithm for recognition.Finally,the system is verified by experiments.The verification results show that the design scheme of the system can meet the practical application needs of digital visual recognition on automatic production line.
