摘要
系统压力与流量控制阀对自动变速器性能的影响非常重要。为此,文章将理论计算模型和动态仿真模型相结合,设计出一种全新的前置前驱8挡自动变速器(8AT)系统压力与流量控制阀。通过理论计算设计系统压力与流量控制阀的尺寸结构,并建立前置前驱8挡自动变速器液压系统动态仿真模型;通过仿真结果和理论计算结果的对比,验证仿真模型的正确性;以该仿真模型为基础,对系统压力与流量控制阀的压力和流量的仿真结果进行分析。结果表明:当设计系统压力与流量控制阀并对其性能进行分析以优化时,运用动态仿真方法是有效快捷的;在实际的工业应用上,将理论计算模型和动态仿真模型相融合是切实可行的。
System pressure valve is very important for the performance of AT.The new system pressure valve in FWD 8AT is designed combined with the calculation model and dynamic simulation model.The dimension structure of valves is designed by theoretical calculation.The dynamic simulation model of hydraulic system of FWD 8AT is established.Simulation results and theoretical results are compared to confirm the simulation model.Based on the confirmed simulation model,the simulation results of pressure and flow of system pressure valve are analyzed.The results show that the dynamic simulation method would be very helpful during the course of designing and analyzing the performance of system pressure valve and further optimization design.The theoretical method and dynamic simulation model will be feasible for the real industrial applications.
