疫情肆虐下加快人类命运共同体建设的内在逻辑分析

Internal Logical Analysis of Accelerating The Construction of A Community with A Shared Future for Mankind under The Ravages of The Epidemic

病毒无国界,重大传染性疾病是全人类的敌人。全球蔓延的新冠肺炎疫情再次表明,人类是一个休戚与共的命运共同体。中国作为此次新冠肺炎疫情首先爆发的国家,沉着冷静地应对,带领人民奋战三个多月,全方位、多举措、透明化打赢这场抗击疫情的人民战争,为世界各国抗击疫情争取了宝贵的“时间窗口”。并且毫无保留分享防控、治疗经验,尽最大努力向国际组织以及近百个国家提供物质援助,彰显大国担当与责任,为构建人类命运共同体提供中国方案、贡献中国力量。本文主要通过分析加快构建人类命运共同体的现实需要和挑战,理清构建人类命运共同体的内在逻辑和中国范式。

Viruses are borderless,and infectious diseases are the enemy of all mankind.The global spread of the NCP(Novel coronavirus pneumonia)epidemic once again shows that humanity is a community with a shared future.China,as the first country who broke out the NCP,calmly responded,led the people to fight for more than three months,all-roundly,multi-measures,transparently to win the people's war against the epidemic,which gain valuable times for the world to fight the epidemic.And unreservedly share the experience of prevention and treatment,do our best to provide material assistance to international organizations and nearly 100 countries,highlighting the responsibility of the major powers.This paper mainly analyzes the realistic needs and challenges of accelerating the construction of a community with a shared future,and clarifies the inner logic and Chinese paradigmof building it.
