东盟五国会计专业教学与我国会计人才培养模式比较分析

Comparative Study on Accounting Talent Cultivation Between Five ASEAN Countries and China

伴随着“中国—东盟博览会”在广西永久性落户和“一带一路”纵深化建设,“中国—东盟”跨国企业随之增加,对跨国会计人才的需求也不断上涨。针对中国会计人才培养现存的问题,在吸取东盟五国的培养特色基础上,提出了树立国际化培养视野,提高学生多方位能力;重视通识教育课程融入会计专业课程,强化专业实践能力;加强师资队伍建设,吸取国外优秀教学模式等策略,以期推动我国会计人才培养国际化、规范化、科学化,更好地对接东盟五国会计人才培养模式,服务“一带一路”建设战略。

With the"China-ASEAN Expo"setting down in Guangxi and the deepening of the"Belt and Road",the number of"China-ASEAN"multi-national enterprises increased,the demand for transnational accountants also increased.Based on solving existing problems of Chinese accounting talents cultivate and absorbing the training characteristics of the five ASEAN countries,this paper will proposal some counter-measures such as:establish an international training aim and improve students'multi-faceted abilities;attach importance to the integration of general education courses into the accounting professional courses,address on professional practice;strengthen teaching staff's quality,absorb foreign outstanding teaching models;to promote the internationalization,standardization and scientificization of cultivating Chinese accountants,make a better connect with the training model of accounting talents in the five ASEAN countries,and serve the"Belt and Road"construction.
