乡村振兴战略背景下加强新疆农村基层干部队伍建设的几点思考

党的十九大报告指出“实施乡村振兴战略必须加强农村基层基础工作,培养造就一批懂农业、爱农业、爱农民的三农工作队伍”。新疆是农村人口占比较大的地区,加强农村基层人才队伍建设是为新疆乡村振兴、打赢脱贫攻坚战提供坚实的基层人才保障和组织保障,现阶段如何选拔和培养村级干部是值得思考的问题。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that“the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization must strengthen the grassroots basic work in the countryside,and cultivate a group of working people who understand agriculture,love agriculture,and love farmers.”Xinjiang is a region with a large rural population.Strengthening the construction of grassroots talents in rural areas is to provide a solid guarantee of grassroots talents and organization for xinjiang's rural revitalization and winning the battle against poverty.At present,how to select and train village-level cadres is a problem worth thinking about.
