4个杨树品种人工林生活污水处理效应分析

摘要 为了研究生活污水对不同杨树品种生长的影响及杨树人工林生活污水处理效应,筛选出适宜进行生活污水处理的杨树品种,确定适宜的污水处理水力负荷,在4个杨树品种人工林设置样地,分别采用6个水力负荷(0、3、6、9、12、15 cm·week-1),对不同杨树品种人工林进行了生活污水处理试验,采集了生活污水、土壤、林木各器官样品,测定了样品中氮、磷、钾、钠等元素的含量,计算了杨树枝、干、根生长量与污染物积累量,分析了杨树人工林生活污水处理生态效应。结果表明:污水处理增加了‘中林2001’杨(Populus euramericana cv.‘Zhonglin2001’)、欧美107杨(Populus euramericana cv.‘74/76’)、I-72杨(Populus euram ericana cv. San Martino‘I-71/58’)枝、干、根的生长量,降低了‘中林46’杨(Populus xeuramericana(Dode)GuinerCL.‘zhonglin-46’)枝、干、根的生长量。随着水力负荷的增加,4种杨树品种枝、干、根中的氮、磷、钠含量增加,在6-12cm·week-1水力负荷时达到最大值,然后又随着水力负荷的增加而下降,4个杨树品种人工林各器官钾含量随着水力负荷增加而降低。污水处理后,‘中林2001’杨各器官中氮、磷、钾、钠积累量最高,其后依次为欧美107杨、I-72杨、‘中林46’杨。‘中林2001’杨树人工林生活污水处理效应最好,其后依次为欧美107杨、I-72杨,‘中林46’杨最差。综上,‘中林2001’杨最适合作为生活污水处理的植物材料,其次为I-72杨、欧美107杨,‘中林46’杨林地不适宜作为生活污水处理的植物材料,杨树人工林生活污水处理的适宜水力负荷为6-9 cm·week-1。 In order to study the effect of domestic wastewater on the growth of different poplar varieties and the treatment effect of domestic wastewater from poplar plantation and determine the appropriate hydraulic loads for wastewater treatment, the suitable poplar varieties for domestic wastewater treatment were selected. The wastewater treatment experiments were carried out in four poplar plantations with six hydraulic loads(0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 cm·week-1). The domestic wastewater, soil and tree samples of four populus varieties were collected, the content including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium in the samples were measured. The growth and pollutant accumulation of branches, stems and roots of poplars were calculated. The wastewater treatment effect in poplar plantation was analyzed. The results showed that the wastewater treatment increased the brunch, trunk, and root growth of Populus euramericana cv. ‘Zhonglin2001’, Populus euramericana cv. ‘74/76’ and Populus euram ericana cv. San Martino ‘I-71/58’, but reduced that of poplar Populus xeuramericana(Dode) Guiner CL. ‘zhonglin-46’. With the increase of hydraulic load, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and sodium in the branches, stems and roots of four poplar varieties increased, reached the maximum value at 6-12 cm·week-1 hydraulic load, and then decreased with the increase of hydraulic load. The content of potassium in the organs of four poplar varieties decreased with the increase of hydraulic load. After wastewater treatment, the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sodium was the highest in all organs of Populus euramericana cv. Zhonglin2001, followed by Populus euramericana cv. ‘74/76, Populus euram ericana cv. San Martino(I-71/58) and Populus xeuramericana(Dode) Guiner CL. ‘zhonglin-46’. Populus euramericana cv. Zhonglin2001 plantation had the best wastewater treatment effect, followed by Populus euramericana cv. ‘74/76, Populus euram ericana cv. San Martino(I-71/58) and Populus xeuramericana(Dode) Guiner CL. ‘zhonglin-46’. To sum up, Populus euramericana cv. Zhonglin2001 is the most suitable plant material for domestic wastewater treatment, followed by Populus euramericana cv. ‘74/76, Populus euram ericana cv. San Martino(I-71/58), and Populus xeuramericana(Dode) Guiner CL. ‘zhonglin-46’ is not suitable for domestic wastewater treatment. The optimum hydraulic load of domestic wastewater treatment in poplar plantation was 6-9 cm·week-1.
