基于多元回归的司机驾驶行为对油耗的影响

Effect of driver′s driving behavior on fuel consumption based on multiple regression

为量化司机驾驶行为对油耗的影响,根据实车运行数据,提取整车行驶数据中有关驾驶行为的特征参数,基于多元回归分析法,得到与整车油耗相关性较强的显著影响特征参数,建立司机驾驶行为模型,并对司机驾驶行为模型与油耗的强相关性进行验证。选取多个整车运行数据,通过模型计算得到油耗与实际油耗的误差在10%以内,验证了所建模型的精确性。该研究可为司机驾驶行为评价提供参考。

In order to quantify the impact of driver′s driving behavior on fuel consumption,the characteristic parameters of the driving behavior in the vehicle driving data are extracted according to the actual vehicle operation data.Then,the characteristic parameters of the significant influence which are strongly related to the vehicle′s fuel consumption are obtained based on the multi-regression analysis method to establish the driver′s driving behavior model,and verify the strong correlation between the driver′s driving behavior model and fuel consumption.Through the selection of several vehicle operation data,less than 10%of the error of fuel consumption and actual fuel consumption is calculated by the model,which verifies the accuracy of the model.This study can provide a reference for the evaluation of driver′s driving behavior.
