摘要
为进行多式联运货运枢纽的合理选址,在考虑碳排放的前提下,引入运营收入、建成成本、运输成本、中转成本、碳排放等价成本,以利润最大化为目标建立货运枢纽选址模型。提出基于P-中值模型思想的求解算法,结合具体算例进行求解,分析各因素单独变化时对运输总收入的影响,结果与实际相符。该研究能促进多式联运降低成本、提高效益,并为货运枢纽规划选址提供参考。
In order to rationally select the location of a multimodal freight transport hub,considering carbon emissions,the factors such as operating income,construction costs,transportation costs,transit costs,carbon emission equivalent costs,and etc are introduced to establish a freight hub location model aimed at maximizing profits.A solution algorithm based on the idea of P-median model is proposed,combined with specific calculation examples,to analyze the impact of each factor on the total revenue of the transportation.The results obtained are consistent with the actual situation.The study can promote the multimodal transport to reduce costs and improve efficiency,providing references for the planning and site selection of the freight transport hub.
