52 m金枪鱼延绳钓船设计阶段振动控制

摘要 为避免过大振动,在设计阶段对52 m金枪鱼延绳钓船进行振动分析和振动控制。在典型工况下,基于结构有限元振动计算得到船体相关结构的振动特性,结合主要激励,改进与船上主要激励产生共振的局部结构,避开结构的固有频率。实船试航振动测量结果表明:改进结构后,船舶振动剧烈区域的振动减轻,振动结果满足相关振动衡准,可为同类型渔船设计提供参考。 In order to avoid excessive vibration,the vibration analysis and control of a 52 m tuna long-line fishing vessel are carried out during the design phase.Under typical operating conditions,the vibration characteristics of the hull-related structure are calculated by the structural finite element vibration method and combined with the main excitation,this method is used to improve local structures that resonate with the main excitation produced on the ship to avoid the natural frequency in the structure.The measurement results of the actual ship trial vibration show that the vibration area of ship vibration is reduced by the improved structure,and the vibration results meet the relevant vibration standards,which provides a reference for the design of the same fishing vessels.
