三元复合胶凝体系聚合物水泥防水砂浆的性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 聚合物水泥防水砂浆是一种由高分子聚合物、无机硅酸盐、细砂等为主要原料,按照一定的配合比混合制成的具有一定的抗渗性的砂浆。聚合物水泥防水砂浆按照聚合物改性的状态可以分为乳液类和干粉类。本文设计经过试验对石灰石粉-粉煤灰-水泥三元胶凝材料系列配合比进行验证,试验表明,当体系中的石灰石粉掺量上升时,胶砂试件流动度也随之有所上升,石灰石粉的减水效果十分明显。如果粉煤灰与石灰石粉的掺量一致时,三元胶凝体系聚合物材料具有比粉煤灰更高的压缩强度,体系中随着石灰石粉的掺量提升,三元胶凝体系聚合物材料的脆性系数稍有增高。 Polymer cement waterproof mortar is a kind of mortar with certain impermeability made by mixing high molecular polymer,inorganic silicate,fine sand,etc.as main raw materials according to a certain mixing ratio.Poly⁃mer cement waterproof mortar can be divided into emulsion type and dry powder type according to the state of poly⁃mer modification.This paper is designed to verify the mixing ratio of limestone powder-fly ash-cement ternary ce⁃mentitious material series through experiments.The test shows that when the limestone powder content in the sys⁃tem increases,the fluidity of the rubber sand specimen also increases.The water-reducing effect of limestone pow⁃der is very obvious.If the content of fly ash and limestone powder is the same,the ternary gelling system polymer material has higher compressive strength than fly ash.As the amount of limestone powder in the system increases,the brittleness coefficient of the polymer material of the ternary gelling system increases slightly.
