As users pay more and more attention to the quality of rail vehicle products,various vehicle manufactur⁃ers in the rail industry have carried out comprehensive management on the whole life cycle of their products.As a special and critical process in the manufacturing process of products,bonding process needs to be comprehensively controlled in many aspects.DIN6701 bonding quality management system provides systematic control theory and method,which can effectively ensure the process of bonding products is controlled and the results are reliable.This paper preliminarily discusses the basic requirements and suggestions for the certification of the bonding quality management system for rail vehicle companies,which can effectively promote the quality of bonding products and provide reference for enterprises to pass the bonding system certification.
