摘要 文章结合我国某客运专线桥梁设计项目,针对活性粉末混凝土在不同成分配比条件下的力学性能变化情况进行了深度研究。实验结果表明:①活性粉末混凝土材料的抗压强度随水胶比的减小而增大,但水胶比值过低时,将会带来拌合物流动性差、施工难度加大、拌合物易风干等问题;②活性粉末混凝土材料的抗压强度一般随钢纤维掺量的增大而增大,但钢纤维掺量大于2.0%后通常容易造成拌合物成型困难、易抱团等问题;③随着硅灰掺量的提升,活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度明显提升,认为硅灰掺量在0.3时,能够获得综合性能较好的活性粉末混凝土;④活性粉末混凝土材料的抗压强度会随矿渣粉掺量的提升而降低,但抗折强度的变化情况相反。 Combined with a bridge design project of a passenger dedicated line in China,this paper studies the change of mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete under the condition of different composition.The ex⁃perimental results show that:①the compressive strength of RPC increases with the decrease of water binder ratio,but when the water binder ratio is too low,it will bring about problems such as poor mixture fluidity,more difficult construction,and the mixture is easy to dry in the wind;②the compressive strength of RPC generally increases with the increase of steel fiber content,but when the steel fiber content is greater than 2.0%,it is usually easy to cause problems such as difficulty in forming the mixture and easy clumping;③with the increase of the content of silica fume,the compressive strength of reactive powder concrete is significantly improved,and it is considered that when the content of silica fume is 0.3,the reactive powder concrete with better comprehensive performance can be ob⁃tained;④the compressive strength of reactive powder concrete materials will decrease with the increase of the con⁃tent of slag powder,but the change of flexural strength is the opposite.
