摘要
基于学习自我效能感的概念、维度和三元交互决定论关于人的能动性假设解释下,分析五年制高职学生学习能力效能感低于学习行为效能感和学校氛围因素对学生学习自我效能感呈显著正相关的原因所在。以三元交互决定论和学习自我效能感为理论基础,从人的内部因素、行为和环境三者交互作用和学习自我效能感产生条件的视角下,提出构建五年制高职班级管理模式的对策建议。
Based on the concept,dimension and ternary interaction determinism of learning self-efficacy,this paper analyzes the reasons why the learning ability efficacy of five-year vocational students is lower than that of learning behavior efficacy.Based on the theory of ternary interaction determinism and learning self-efficacy,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to construct the five-year higher vocational class management model from the perspective of human factors,behavior and environment and the conditions of learn⁃ing self-efficacy.
