摘要
文章以给袋式计数包装机控制系统的设计为背景,通过对给袋式计数包装机工艺过程的分析,为克服传统包装机的缺陷,提出了结合PLC控制技术、人机界面控制技术、伺服技术于一体的先进控制技术,完成了给袋式计数包装机控制系统的设计和应用。
Based on the design of the control system of the counting and packing machine,through the anal⁃ysis of the technological process of the counting and packing machine,the defects of the traditional packing ma⁃chine are overcome.The advanced control technology,which combines PLC control technology,human-machine interface control technology and servo technology,is put forward,and the design and application of the control system of the counting and packing machine are completed.
