消防救援队伍战时思想政治工作研究

Ideological and Political Work Strategy of Fire Rescue Teams in Combats

结合自身经验及南宁市消防救援队伍"战时"相关数据分析、问卷调查、座谈走访,从战前、战中、战后三个阶段系统论述"战前认势、战中造势、战后守势"战时思想政治工作的策略。战前认势,预先调研战时思想政治工作的影响因素;战中造势,立体突显战时思想政治工作的战地优势;战后守势,有效延续战时思想政治工作的进取态势。

Combined with his own experience, the author analyzes the related data of Nanning fire rescue team’s combats, and systematically expounds the strategies of ideological and political work at the three stages of pre-combat, while-combat, post-combat on the basis of questionnaire survey, discussion and visits, which include pre-combat recognition of situation, while-combat momentum generation and post-combat maintaining high spirit. Efforts should be made to find out the influence factors of ideological and political work at the pre-combat stage, highlight the advantages of ideological and political work at battlefields at while-combat stage, and effectively prolong the spirit of forging ahead with ideological and political work at the post-combat stage.
