所谓拔尖人才就是在思想中或者通过思想而达到优秀的人才。所谓思想的兴趣就是以思想活动为快乐的情感或动机,是乐于思想、善于思想的情绪或激情。培养拔尖人才,首要任务是培养思想的兴趣。培养思想的兴趣,一是要勤奋学习,努力用优秀的人类文化遗产武装头脑;二是以经典著作为主要学习对象,接受经典作家的思想历练,使自己的思想能力达到较高水平;三是加强理想抱负的启发引导。思想兴趣的作用,一方面能够使人获得思想自由和理论自信,另一方面能够让人养成良好的读书学习习惯,因此,成就美好人生。

The so-called top talents are those who achieve excellence in or through thinking.And the so-called interest in thinking is the emotion or motive that takes thinking activity as pleasure,which is the emotion or passion that is willing to think and is good at thinking.Cultivating the interest of thought is the first task in the cultivation of top talents.One of developing the interest in thinking is to study diligently and strive to arm the mind with excellent human cultural heritage.Second,to take classic works as the main learning object,and accept the thinking experience of classic writers,so that you will make your own thinking ability reach a higher level.And the third is to strengthen the inspiration and guidance of aspirations.The role about interest of thinking is making people gain freedom of thinking and theoretical confidence,and on the other hand,it enables people to develop good habits of reading and studying,thus people will achieve a better life.
