摘要
目的探讨网格化管理模式在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情常态化防控期间手术室中的管理作用。方法自疫情暴发以来,靖江市人民医院使用网格化模式,条块合总、各节点之间的互融互通,对手术室COVID-19进行常态化防控。结果自2020年1月22日至2020年5月21日,靖江市人民医院共接收手术患者3618例,其中急诊手术522例,均未发生院内交叉感染,未发生新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情。结论利用网格化管理模式科学防控,能够有效预防手术室新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of grid management mode on the prevention of COVID-19 in the operating room.Methods All the prevention and control measures were implemented effectively by the method of grid management among the patients,doctors and nurses.Results From January 22nd to May 21st,2020,3618 patients were admitted for surgery,including 522 patients who underwent emergency surgery.No nosocomial cross-infection of COVID-19 occurred.Conclusions The grid management mode can be applied effectively to prevent the occurrence of COVID-19 in operating room.
