新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间妇女儿童医院肿瘤专科院区人员防控管理实践——以青岛市妇女儿童医院为例

The prevention and control management practices of staff in the oncology specialty area of women and children's public hospital during COVID19 epidemic period——A Case Study of Qingdao Women's and Children's Hospital

目的探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间三级公立医院肿瘤专科院区人员管理方案,减少院内感染,最大程度降低住院患者与医院工作人员感染新型冠状病毒肺炎的风险,提供有效保障,确保院区工作顺利运行。方法根据新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案第二至第七版,以及国家省市颁布的有关于医疗机构不同人群防控管理的文件要求,结合肿瘤专科院区的工作实际,主导实施针对不同类型人员的防控管理实践。结果肿瘤专科院区住院患者无1人疑似或者确诊感染新型冠状病毒肺炎。所有工作人员,包括医生、护士、行政工勤、及外包单位人员无1人疑似或者确诊感染新型冠状病毒肺炎,院区医疗工作顺利开展。结论肿瘤专科院区在疫情期间,人员防控管理有效可行,为其他肿瘤专科医院的人员防控管理工作提供指导。

Objective To explore the staff management plan for the oncology specialists of tertiary public hospitals during the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,reduce nosocomial infections,minimize the risk of inpatients and hospital staff contracting new coronavirus pneumonia,provide effective protection,and ensure smooth work in the hospital.Methods According to the second to seventh editions of COVID19 diagnosis and treatment plan,and the document requirements issued by the national provinces and municipalities on the prevention and control management of different groups of medical institutions,combined with the actual work of oncology specialty area of tertiary public hospital,leading the implementation of different types of personnel control management practices.Results None of the hospitalized patients in the oncology department was suspected or confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus pneumonia.None of the staff,including doctors,nurses,administrative workers,and personnel from outsourcing units,was suspected or diagnosed with the new coronavirus pneumonia,and the hospital's medical work was carried out smoothly.Conclusion During the epidemic period,the personnel prevention and control management in the oncology hospital area is effective and feasible,and it provides guidance for the personnel prevention and control management of other oncology hospitals.
