建立党员医务工作者志愿服务工作机制的探讨

Discussion on establishing the volunteer service mechanism for medical workers of party members

发展党员医务工作者参与志愿服务有利于锤炼党性、延伸服务内涵、改善党群关系、促进医患和谐、推动志愿服务事业发展、完善基层治理。针对社会上现存的“志愿失灵”、党员医务志愿者体系不完善、服务活动流于形式等问题,笔者从管理制度体系、组织管理、教育培训、服务模式等方面进行深入分析,提出进一步构建党员医务工作者志愿服务工作机制有效运行的对策和建议。

Developing party medical workers to participate in voluntary services is conducive to tempering party spirit,extending service content,improving party-mass relationships,promoting harmony between doctors and patients,promoting the development of voluntary services,and improving grassroots governance.In view of the existing“volunteer failure”in the society,the imperfect medical volunteer system for party members,and the mere formality of service activities,the author conducts an in-depth analysis of the management system,organization and management,education and training,and service models,and proposes to further build party members.Countermeasures and suggestions for the effective operation of the voluntary service mechanism of medical workers.
