多学科协作护理模式下护理质量管理体系的构建

The construction of nursing quality management system under the multi-disciplinary cooperative nursing mode

护理质量管理是医疗机构质量管理的重要组成部分,直接关系到患者对医疗服务的满意度。多学科协作护理模式的建立,加强了各学科之间的合作与互动,为患者提供全面、全程优质护理服务,真正实现“以人为中心”的整体护理模式,促进了护理学科的发展。笔者从实践中的护理质量控制管理出发,基于医院的护理质量管理体系,试图构建多学科协作护理模式下护理质量管理体系,以期将多学科协作护理应用到更多的护理学科中,提高患者满意度,更大地推动护理学科发展。

Nursing quality management is an important part of quality management in medical institutions,which is directly related to patients′satisfaction with medical services.The establishment of multi-disciplinary cooperative nursing mode has strengthened the cooperation and interaction among various disciplines,provided comprehensive and whole process high-quality nursing services for patients,truly realized the overall nursing mode of“human centered”,and promoted the development of nursing discipline.Starting from the practice of nursing quality control management,based on the hospital's nursing quality management system,this study attempts to build a nursing quality management system under the multi-disciplinary cooperative nursing mode,in order to apply the multi-disciplinary cooperative nursing to more nursing disciplines,improve patient satisfaction,and promote the development of nursing disciplines.
