Digital library is a digital information system,which integrates a variety of new technologies and novices,such as computer,network,communication,information processing,etc.It stores information resources scattered in various carriers and different geographical locations in a digital way,connects with each other in a network way,and realizes global information resource sharing through distributed information management.In the rapid development of Internet technology and computer technology,digital library emerges as the times require.All kinds of digital libraries based on Internet and digital information technology have been established one after another.However,many problems have been exposed in the actual operation process,which hinders the public's reading study.This paper will carry out in-depth research on the theme of innovation of digital library mechanism and service mode,in order to promote its development and improve its effective service level.
