文章针对县级监测站当前存在的一些问题,分析了实验室人员培训的需求,重点阐述了构建完善县级监测站人员培训体系的建议,包括培训目的、培训方式、培训内容和培训实施与评估等方面,以期为县级监测站开展人员培训工作提供参考。

In view of the existing problems in county-level monitoring stations,the demand of laboratory personnel training is analyzed.This paper focuses on the construction and improvement of county-level monitoring station personnel training system, including training objectives, training methods, training content and training implementation and evaluation, which provides reference for county-level monitoring stations to carry out personnel training.
