作为建筑工程有序开展的物质基础,工程造价对建筑工程的经济效益影响显著,预结算审核是工程造价中的重要构成,决定着工程造价的整体水平,因而,必须对预结算审核高度重视。文章在把握预结算审核内容和方法的基础上,进一步对如何提升预结算审核工作的水平加以分析。

As the material basis of the orderly development of the construction project, the project cost has a significant impact on the economic benefits of the construction project, and the pre-settlement audit is an important component of the project cost, which determines the overall level of the project cost, so we must attach great importance to the pre-settlement audit. Based on the contents and methods of pre-settlement audit, this paper further analyzes how to improve the level of pre-settlement audit.
