高校人力资源管理课程教学改革探析

摘要 人力资源管理课程是大学管理类专业课程体系中的重要组成部分,也是高校为了培养人力资源人才而开设的专业课,属于高校热门课程之一。但目前高校人力资源管理课程教学效果并不尽如人意。基于此,文章首先简要分析了目前高校人力资源管理课程教学情况及其中存在的问题,然后提出相应的改革措施,旨在提升高校人力资源管理课程教学效率和质量,以此供专业人士进行讨论和分析。 Human resource management course is an important part of the curriculum system of university management specialty, and it is also a professional course set up in colleges and universities to train human resources talents, which belongs to one of the hot courses in colleges and universities. But at present, the teaching effect of human resource management course in colleges and universities is not satisfactory. Based on this, this paper first briefly analyzes the current teaching situation of human resources management courses in colleges and universities;secondly, in order to improve the teaching efficiency and quality of human resources management courses in colleges and universities, put forward four reform measures for professionals to discuss and analyze.
