校企合作产教融合与高职院校人才培养模式改革探讨

随着时代的革新,教育理念也在不断升级,高职院校也要随着时代和教学理念的变化革新人才培养模式。高职院校的教学探索,始终致力于应用型人才的培养,但是以往的培养模式的效果不尽如人意,以往的校企合作培养模式更多地停留在制度层面,并没有被贯彻执行到具体的行动中。因此,在新时代的背景下,高职院校应该坚持校企合作、产教融合,加强和区域优势企业的合作,根据行业要求优化专业课程结构,以此利用企业优质资源培养应用型人才,加大实践教学投入力度,提升学生的综合应用能力,进而提高高职院校人才培养质量。
