基于党风廉政建设视角完善高校经济责任审计的思考

A Study on Economic Responsibility Audit of Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Building Good Conduct and Political Integrity

经济责任审计在加强高校党风廉政建设,促进高校领导干部廉洁自律、勤政敬业,保证高校教育事业积极、健康发展等方面具有重要意义。基于党风廉政建设视角,系统阐述高校经济责任审计在党风廉政建设中的积极作用,分析高校经济责任审计工作促进党风廉政建设的制约因素,提出完善高校经济责任审计的对策,以期更好地发挥其在党风廉政建设中的作用。

Economic responsibility audit is of great significance to strengthen the construction of good conduct and political integrity in colleges and universities,promote the honesty,self-discipline,diligence and dedication of leading cadres in colleges and universities,and ensure the positive and healthy development of college education.Based on the perspective of building good conduct and political integrity,this paper systematically expounds the positive role of university economic responsibility audit in the construction of clean and honest party conduct,analyzes the restrictive factors of economic responsibility audit in colleges and universities to promote the construction of good conduct and political integrity,then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the economic responsibility audit of colleges and universities,it is hoped that the economic responsibility audit of colleges and universities can play a better role in the construction of good conduct and political integrity.
