随着我国高校毕业生人数的急剧增加,高职院校金融专业毕业生就业问题凸显,就业形势日趋严峻。如何采取有效措施,积极应对新时代金融专业毕业生的就业困境,是高职院校人才培养和就业工作迫切需要解决的现实问题。分析高职院校金融专业毕业生就业存在的问题,从毕业生、社会、学校三方面提出解决就业问题的对策。

The employment problems of financial graduates in higher vocational colleges are highlighted that affected by the sharp increase in the number of vocational graduates in China.The employment situation is becoming severe increasingly.It is a realistic problem that how to take effective measures to respond to the employment dilemma of financial graduates actively in the new era,which needs to be solved urgently in the training of talents and employment in high vocational colleges.By pointing out the problems existing in the employment of financial graduates in higher vocational colleges,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employment problems from the perspectives of graduates,society and colleges.
