专业对接产业是高职学校的专业生命力所在。满足区域经济发展和产业结构调整对技术技能人才的需求是高职学校专业设置与建设的依据,产业与技术发展的常态化和交叉融合必然带来高职学校现有专业的解构和重构。建立调研、咨询、论证、评价、预警、决策、监督等既相互制约又相互协调的专业动态调整机制,有利于促进高职学校专业发展与产业变化同频共振,实现人才培养供给侧结构性改革,提高人才培养质量。

The docking between professions and industry is the vitality of vocational educations.The basis for the establishment and construction of professions in higher vocational schools can be described as meeting the technical and skilled personnel requirements for regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment.The normalization and cross-integration of industry and technological development will inevitably result in the deconstruction and reconstruction of existing specialties in vocational schools.The establishment of dynamic specialty adjustment mechanisms can be achieved by the integration of investigation,consultation,argumentation,evaluation,early warning,decision-making,and supervision.The mechanism can then promote the same frequency resonance of professional development in higher vocational schools and industrial changes,the structural reforms on the supply side of talent training,and improve the quality of talent training.
