煤气湿式氧化法脱硫化氢中试试验研究

摘要 介绍了70 dam^3/h兰炭荒煤气PDS湿式氧化法脱硫工艺流程,并进行了中试试验研究。结果表明:脱硫效率与脱硫浆液中PDS-600催化剂浓度正相关,当PDS-600催化剂的质量浓度为35 mg/L,脱硫效率稳定在96%以上;脱硫效率随液气比的升高而升高,当液气比达到40 L/m^3时,脱硫效率达到96%以上;脱硫效率受脱硫浆液pH值影响较大,最佳运行pH值范围为8.2~9.0;脱硫塔阻力随液气比的增大而增大,液气比为0~50 L/m^3时,脱硫塔阻力由1800 Pa增加到2420 Pa;脱硫浆液运行温度约35℃、液气比40 L/m^3,pH值8.2~8.8、对苯二酚的质量浓度为0.5 g/L,PDS-600催化剂质量浓度35 mg/L左右时,进塔兰炭荒煤气H2S的质量浓度为4967~4996 mg/m^3时,出塔H2S质量浓度可降至181~195 mg/m^3,脱硫效率达96.1%~96.4%,满足环保排放标准及设计要求。 The PDS wet air oxidation sulfide removal process of 70000 m^3/h raw coal gas was introduced,and the pilot test was carried out.The results show that the desulfurization efficiency is positively related to the concentration of PDS-600 catalyst in the desulfurization slurry.When the mass concentration of PDS-600 catalyst is 35 mg/L,the desulfurization efficiency is stable above 96%.The desulfurization efficiency increases with the increase of liquid gas ratio,when the liquid gas ratio reaches 40 L/m^3,the desulfurization efficiency reaches above 96%.The desulfurization efficiency is greatly affected by the pH value of the desulfurization slurry,and the optimal operating pH value range is 8.2~9.0.The resistance of desulfurization tower increases with the increase of liquid gas ratio.When the liquid gas ratio is 0~50 L/m^3,the resistance of desulfurization tower increases from 1800 Pa to 2420 Pa.When the operating temperature of desulfurization slurry is about 35℃,the liquid gas ratio is 40 L/m^3,the pH value is 8.2~8.8,the mass concentration of hydroquinone is 0.5 g/L,and the mass concentration of PDS-600 catalyst is about 35 mg/L,the H2S content of inlet gas is 4967~4996 mg/m^3,and the H2S content of outlet gas can be reduced to 181~195 mg/m^3,the desulfurization efficiency reaches 96.1%~96.4%,meeting the environmental protection emission standards and design requirements.
