摘要
以中东某新建炼油厂柴油加氢装置为研究对象,用DYNSIM软件搭建动态模型,对汽提塔顶空冷器晃电和汽提塔顶回流中断工况进行了模拟分析,揭示了不同晃电工况下汽提塔顶压力、温度等各关键参数的变化趋势。当汽提塔顶空冷器停电后,塔顶压力迅速升高,在300 s内达到安全阀定压;当汽提塔顶回流中断后,180 s回流罐满罐,20 s后汽提塔顶安全阀启跳。通过分析,加深了对装置晃电事故的认识,为事故的处理提供了理论依据。
The dynamic model of diesel hydrogenation unit in a new refinery in the Middle East is built with DYNSIM software,and the simulation analysis is carried out on the conditions of the overhead air cooler voltage shock and the overhead reflux interruption of stripper.The variation trend of mainly parameters such as pressure,temperature on the top of the stripper under different conditions of voltage shock is revealed.When the overhead air cooler of the stripper is powered off,the pressure rises rapidly,and reaches the design pressure within 300 seconds.When the overhead reflux of the stripper is interrupted,the reflux tank is full within 180 seconds,and the safety valve at the top of the stripper trips in 20 seconds.Through the analysis of these changes,the understanding of the process of the voltage shock accident is deepened,and the corresponding theoretical basis is provided for the safe dealing with the accident.
